NEW CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD THEIR APPT WITH A CREDIT CARD.
THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ALL MISSED APPTS. WITHOUT A
CANCELLATION NOTICE. WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE PRIOR TO
YOUR APPT. IF YOU DO RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR YOUR

 
 

MISSED APPT. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE , WE WILL RESCHEDULE,
